Satan’s Time Is Getting Short!!!

By David J. Smith
July 25, 2009

Jesus Christ called me into the ministry, and I am not ashamed of that calling. One thing for sure is that Jesus gave us signposts to watch for, to determine how close we are to His return. Among those signposts, He made a straightforward statement in Revelation 12: 12 – “… Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! For the devil is come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has but a short time.”

Jealousy on the behalf of Lucifer began before mankind was ever created. He is an angel and is not offered sonship in the Kingdom of God. How long it took cannot be determined, but he led one-third of the angels in rebellion against God. His name was changed to Satan to describe his new job, the opponent.

Satan actually thinks he can defeat God the Father and Jesus Christ’s purpose for the human race. That purpose is to salvage the human race from the death penalty for violating God’s spiritual law – the Ten Commandments.

Satan is in the process of delivering the United States into the hands of his criminals – the Illuminati!!! Those at the top of the Illuminati worship Lucifer. Those of the lower ranks worship him as Satan.

Satan offered Jesus the leadership of world-government in His day if He would bow down and worship him. Jesus said for Satan to get behind Him and quoted scripture to him.

Satan knows he has but a short time. That is why there has been and will continue to be a strong push toward his world-government. He is using human beings as “tools” to establish a world-government WITHOUT Jesus Christ. He wants to be worshipped as if he were God. That’s why he will show himself, through a human, as very God (2 Thessalonians 2).

Do we recognize Satan’s tactics? He will try to influence Christians to sin, have wrong thoughts, accuse one another, violate God’s spiritual law, and divide and conquer. He has many tactics! He loves to divide and conquer! This tactic has been one of his favorites. He will have someone sitting in church services to point out everyone else’s mistakes – EXCEPT HIS/HER OWN!!!

For the human being that does this, it is called hypocrisy! Satan simply sits back and enjoys the confusion he has created. He and his angels have a long history of dividing and conquering. They started with Adam and Eve in the Garden. Satan lied to them about statements of God. This led to a division between God and humanity. Satan loves every minute of man’s failure!

God the Father sent His only begotten Son into the world to repair the damage. The penalty for sin = death! Jesus was perfect and did not deserve to die. He came willingly to die, so the human race would not have to die for our own sins. The Father resurrected Him to life, as He plans to do with us. We are to stop breaking God’s spiritual law that brought on the death penalty. Then, we accept Jesus’ death in the place of our own. God gives us His Holy Spirit as a down payment on a future completely spirit composed body, never to die again!

Satan knows this plan also. He is desperate to stop God’s plan of salvation for us. He also knows God has a plan for man’s mis-rule to end, and the Kingdom of God be established. War will end. Misuse of sex will come to a sudden halt. God’s Spirit will be poured out upon all flesh (Ezekiel 37: 1-14).

Satan also knows that Jesus is calling a certain group, who OBEY Him and His Laws that will govern the coming kingdom. They are called saints, the elect, the very elect, and the chosen. He wants to destroy all who profess Jesus as Savior, but this group that is obeying Him in spirit and in truth will be targeted for persecution. Their acceptance of the Bible as God’s Word will be frowned upon. These saints will be accused of holding back the New World Order under Satan’s governance!!!

Leading up to Satan’s government ruling the last 3 ½ years, Satan and his angels will attempt to deceive this group of saints by any method at his disposal. He wants to cull out the weak in the faith and cause them to fall away under some pretense. They will attack the minds of individuals. They may not realize they are under demonic attack. Some will recognize the attacks for what they are!!!

Satan has “deceived the WHOLE WORLD” (Revelation 12: 9). For those that are called to be saints, Jesus promises: “There has no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God IS FAITHFUL, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that you are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it” (I Corinthians 10: 13).

Remember, He (Christ) that is IN you is greater than he (Satan) that is in the world. Satan’s time is short, but so is Jesus.’ Your Kingdom come!
