Americans have witnessed in 2006 illegal immigrants marching and demonstrating for immigrant rights. The FACT that those who have come to America illegally have NO RIGHTS apparently has never crossed their minds. A poll was run on CNN on April 10, 2006 asking if Americans believed that they would have to demonstrate in their own country to get the attention of Congress concerning their rights as U.S. citizens over illegal immigrants. 91% said yes!!! What a travesty of justice.
The following is from a Dallas Morning News, January 25, 2006 article. “A West Texas standoff along the Rio Grande between U.S. law enforcement officers and heavily armed Mexican drug smugglers in military-style clothing prompted congressional demands ... for an international investigation and a call for deployment of U.S. troops to the border. (This is a purpose of the military - protect).
“The incident, which occurred on U.S. soil at an isolated river crossing about 50 miles east of El Paso, is the latest involving armed incursions along the U.S. border with Mexico. ...
“When the SUV drivers saw that they were being followed, they made a U-turn and headed south toward the [Rio Grande] river ... At the crossing, one of the SUVs drove across the shallow river into Mexico. A second one got stuck in the muddy banks. And as the Texas deputies watched, a military-style Humvee tried to pull it from the mud, while several armed men in green uniforms fanned out around it, Mr. Glancey said.
“When the Humvee failed to extricate the truck, a group of men in civilian clothes walked into the ankle-deep river, removed what appeared to be bales of marijuana and hauled them to the Mexican side. They then set the truck, a Ford Expedition, ablaze.
“U.S. Senator Jon Kyl, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Terrorism and Homeland Security ... noted that the Department of Homeland Security released figures that indicate that there have been 231 documented incursions along the 2,000-mile border with Mexico since 1996.
“Hudspeth County Chief Deputy Mike Doyal said that men dressed as Mexican soldiers manned what looked like .50-caliber machine guns mount on vehicles about 200 yards INSIDE the U.S. border during the incident.”
As this editor watched in amazement at the open display of Mexican flags by illegal aliens, I knew they were here to retake the Southwest for Mexico. What Communist Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. could not do in the so-called civil rights marches in the ‘60s and ‘70s, it looks like the illegal aliens will try to do - cause unrest to overthrow America. After an uproar of Americans came forth when they saw the open waving of Mexican flags, all of a sudden the next day there were American flags and very few Mexican flags seen.

American Free Press Reveals

The August 22, 2005 issue of the American Free Press revealed much of what is transpiring in the immigration crisis. That issues’ headline read: IMPORTED GANGS TERRORIZING U.S. The sub-topic read: Alien Gangs Kill, Rape And Rob. A few quotes from that article are:
“They sneak across the United States’ unprotected southern border, traveling from Mexico and Central America. Many come from previous military training to work for highly organized criminal enterprises, which finance themselves through trafficking in drugs, smuggling undocumented migrants, prostitution and murder. And they know when they get here, U.S. police officers are at a significant disadvantage, thanks to laws which prevent local, state and federal law enforcement from targeting them for deportation.
“In the past few years, the United States has been facing an explosion of violent youth gangs that kill, rape and rob each other and innocent Americans. A number of recent studies are pointing toward a strong relationship between illegal immigration and the proliferation of so-called ‘gang bangers’ now walking the streets of major U.S. cities.
“The problem was first noticed in 1999, but has grown to the point that more than 300 illegal immigrants have been seized this year alone by a federal task force in collaboration with local authorities. Until these gangs began illegally crossing the border, violent gangs were mostly a problem in poor inner-cities. Now, violent gangs - a large majority of them illegal aliens - have spread outside of major metropolitan areas to places like Montgomery County, Maryland, and Fairfax County, Virginia, both suburbs of Washington, D.C. They have emerged in such isolated cities as Harrisonburg, Virginia. They have also appeared in rural areas.
“For example, in the Washington area, violent attacks with machetes, bats, knives and handguns have occurred at suburban movie theaters and shopping malls. ‘Gang crime is exploding nationally,’ Heather MacDonald of the Manhattan Institute told a House Judiciary subcommittee. ‘It’s up 50 percent from 1999 to 2002, and it’s going to continue to rise so long as our immigration system remains broken.’
“The percentage of illegal aliens in these gangs is unknown, she said, ‘thanks in part to sanctuary laws that FORBID local police from even inquiring into a criminal’s immigration status,’ ... she offered ‘suggestive’ numbers.
“‘In Los Angeles, 95 percent of ALL homicide [murder] warrants target illegal aliens, and apparently two-thirds of ALL felony outstanding warrants target illegal aliens,’ she said. ‘ICE [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] says Mara Salvatrucha [a Latino gang known commonly as MS-13] is predominately or majority ILLEGAL. Police officers will tell you it’s basically 100 percent illegal.’
“Considering such numbers, ‘leveraging a criminal’s illegal status to have him deported would seem to be an essential weapon against gang crime,’ she said. ‘But in cities and counties across the country, police are prohibited from using the most immediate and straightforward tool to get ILLEGAL criminals off the streets: THEIR LEGAL STATUS.’
“If a cop in Los Angeles recognizes a felon who has been deported before, knowing, of course, that his presence is a felony, he ‘can’t lay a finger on that felon,’ she said. She gave examples of the ‘DAMAGE DONE’ by sanctuary laws:
* Four illegal Mexicans brutally abducted and gang-raped a 42-year-old mother of two near a railroad in Queens, N.Y. Three of the rapists had been arrested numerous times for assault, attempted robbery, criminal trespass and illegal gun possession. But pursuant to New York’s sanctuary policy, police never notified federal authorities.
* Carlos Barrera, an illegal Mexican, mugged three people, burglarized two apartments, and attempted to rape a 5-year-old girl in Los Angeles. He had been deported four years ago for crimes of violence but reentered. Since reentry, he had been stopped twice for traffic violations, but federal authorities were not notified because of the sanctuary policy.
* Miami police arrested a Honduran visa violator for seven vicious rapes. A year earlier, Miami cops had him in custody for lewd and lascivious molestation. But because of the sanctuary policy, police never checked his immigration status. Had they done so, the rapes could have been prevented.
* Cousins Anecto and Jaime Reyes committed murder and a car-jacking,
