 The Illuminati’s Plan Is Working!!!
Part 5
[Continued from October 2005 issue]

RUSSIAN WEATHER WAR ATTACKS CONTINUE TO DEVASTATE AMERICA!

Starting in December 1987, a whole series of enormous storms swept across the American continent. The December 17, 1987 Washington Times described the “prewinter storm that left record snowfall and 73 deaths,” while blasting its way across the country. “Snow hit northern Los Angeles County and 100-mile-per-hour winds hit the mountains.” The “biggest surprise” of all was the snow that hit the beach at Malibu, where longtime residents could not recall any snow ever falling there before.
The same monster storm closed Chicago’s O’Hare International airport for the first time since 1979. Paul Merzlock of the Weather Service said the storm, which combined powerful winds, with snow, thunder, lightning and hail, was “the storm of the decade” for intensity.
The same killer storm spawned deadly tornadoes in Arkansas and Mississippi and knocked out power across parts of Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio.
One week later, another huge storm system swept across America. Describing this late December storm, a correspondent from Montana reported, “The Western Rockies in Colorado had 37 inches of snow with no advance warning. And in Iowa, thunder and lightning preceded the snow storm.”
The December 29, 1987 Washington Post described the highly unusual characteristics which provide evidence of a deliberately controlled movement of the big storm: “Even the National Weather Service missed it. ... We underestimated the storm, Weather Service spokesman Jim Kappland said; ‘a part of ... the storm moved to the East; the other part moved to Southern California and then moved back this way [towards Denver]. We thought it would get weaker, but it got stronger for reasons WE CAN’T EXPLAIN.’”
West Memphis, Arkansas, had been devastated by killer tornadoes from the Mid-December continental-size-storm when the terrible flooding forced 2000 people out of their homes. Wide areas of other parts of the nation were hit with flooding, ice storms, heavy snow, loss of power for long periods, and massive property destruction ... all resulting from a single storm system.
On January 18, 1988, yet another super-size killer storm struck the West, and then inflicted destruction and chaos all the way across the American Continent. The January 19, 1988 New York Times stated: “A storm dumped up to 2 feet of snow in the mountains of the West, after hammering California’s coast with 12-foot waves. Seven deaths were blamed on the storm in California. The heart of the storm was a low pressure system that sent barometers plunging to a reading of 29.25, the lowest level measured at Los Angeles in 100 years of record keeping, forecasters said. It created breakers up to 14 feet at Los Angeles ... Other record barometer readings in California included 29.20 at Santa Maria and 29.265 at Bakersfield.”
The same gigantic storm caused tornadoes in the South and 14-foot snow drifts in the Plains. It “wreaked havoc from the West Coast to the South” through “Wisconsin and Northern Michigan ... The storm’s reach could be felt as far east as New England and New York,” reported the January 21, 1988 Washington Post.
In 1980, the U.S. suffered a catastrophic drought, especially the Pacific Northwest. The causes of that drought were described in the February 2, 1981 Washington Post: “There are two very large and very persistent high-pressure systems that have PLANTED themselves over the West Coast and Rocky Mountains and remained there for four months. In America, such long-lived weather centers were UNHEARD OF UNTIL 1977,” which is immediately after the [former] Soviets turned on their Tesla Weather War transmitters.
In 1986, 1987, and continuing into 1988, the U.S.S.R. once again utilized giant standing Extremely Low Frequency [ELF] magnetic waves to create several weather-blocking mechanisms which acted as a wall to cut off the Pacific Northwest from receiving its normal flow of rain carrying storm systems.
The March 18, 1988 ABC Nightly News reported, “Record low snowfall in February 1988 is likely to make existing water shortage even worse. In all, eleven Western states were involved in a devastating dry spell last summer. Officials fear it may happen again ... Rivers are already at dangerously low levels in some Western states.”

NEW EVIDENCE OF SOVIET TESLA-
SCALAR WEAPONS

Beginning in 1978, a short time after the [former] Soviets started their Tesla Scalar transmissions, a series of mysterious booms were heard off the East Coast of the United States. No normal explanation could be found for the powerful sounds, which continued into 1979. Lt. Col. Thomas Bearden reported that the explosions were a direct byproduct of the [former] Soviet Tesla ELF transmitters.
On November 21, 1987, the area of Beaumont, Texas was hit with a very loud boom. In addition to the noise, many residents felt a strange rumble in the ground. Local law enforcement officials were unable to explain what happened, according to the November 22, 1987 Beaumont Enterprise.
During his own lifetime, Nikola Tesla frequently created ball lightning and giant lightning bolts with his transmitter. Shortly after the [former] Soviets turned on their own Tesla magnifying transmitter in 1976, parts of the U.S.S.R. suddenly began to experience abnormal lightning bolts and mysterious lights in the sky.
Lt. Col. Thomas Bearden’s scientific article, Star Wars Now, stated that Tesla scalar weapons can be used in the “produce energy” mode to create a “massive electricial fireball” over cities. On September 23, 1977, such a form of electrical plasma was seen over the city of Petrozavodsk in South Karelia, located close to the site of one of the early U.S.S.R. Tesla transmitters.
On August 13, 1986, the Associated Press reported: “People scattered over much of the eastern United States reported a mysterious light in the night sky, and residents of Kentucky said they heard a boom and felt their houses shake.” The events took place August 12, 1986, about 10:15 pm.
One witness, Edward Uiszkowski of Vestal, New York, said: “It looked like a bunch of fireworks followed by a white cloud.” The Associated Press report added, “There were similar reports in other parts of the East. The mysterious light was witnessed by Americans from Michigan, Maine, South Carolina, Louisiana and Kentucky. Some people said they saw a ‘great ball of fire,’ Clark County, Kentucky Sheriff Larry Lawson said. The people said their homes shook and windows vibrated as if there had been an explosion or earthquake, but it was just for a few seconds. They said the whole sky lit up,” which is exactly like the repeated observations of [former] Soviet Tesla weapons, and similar to the “air glow effect” created by the new U.S. weather-engineering system.
The August 14, 1986 U.S.A. Today described the events: “A spectacular light show that pranced across the night sky east of the Mississippi had astronomers baffled.”
The August 14, 1986 Washington Post described the mysterious lights and reported that Denise Sabatine, Vice President of the Syracuse, New York Astronomical Society stated: “It definitely was not a meteor. Meteors burn off after seconds. This [spectacular light show] lasted five to seven minutes.”
The July 3, 1987 Arizona Republic described a mysterious boom which hit San Diego, California the previous day: “A sharp, startling boom jolted northern San Diego County during the night, but authorities said they don’t know what caused the mysterious blast ... It sounded like a blast from a canon. It was a big momentary shake. It is a mystery,” said meteorologist Wilbur Shigehara of the National Weather Service. “No earthquake was recorded on seismographs at Pasadena, California.” The newspaper reported that the ‘boom’ could not be traced to an airplane or weather.
Shigehara added: “Last year, we had several shakes like this. It happened three or four times a day for a week. We never found out what it was.” Could Russia be testing for the day they will create a giant earthquake that will drop San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco into the ocean?
On December 1, 1987, there was yet another mysterious light over the eastern part of the United States. The December 2, 1987 Washington Times stated: “Mysterious lights were seen from Virginia to New York about 12:35 am. Eddie Quillen, a boiler room attendant at Wallops Island NASA Flight Center on Virginia’s Eastern Shore reported seeing ‘a big blue light that lit the whole sky almost like lightning.’”
Quillen added, “After that, I saw two balls like fire, only not a red fire ... a white fire. That was one hell of a light, whatever it was.”
The newspaper continued, “Reports described the light as a ‘fireball.’ There were no reports of rockets or planes crashing that could explain the big mystery.”
