Let’s refresh our memories concerning Albert Pike’s and V. I. Lenin’s Plans for world domination:

Albert Pike: In a remarkable letter dated August 15, 1871, which was on display in the British Museum Library in London, England, until recent years, Pike gave Mazzini, of Italy, details of the Luciferian plan for world conquest. In graphic details he outlined PLANS for three world wars. There would also be many revolutionary wars. He stated that in the third of these wars “WE [the Illuminati - worshippers of Lucifer] shall UNLEASH the Nihilists and Albert Pike Atheists, and WE shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm which in all its HORROR will show clearly to the nations the effect of absolute atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil. Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries, will EXTERMINATE those destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, DISILLUSIONED WITH CHRISTIANITY, whose deistic spirits will from that moment be without compass [direction], anxious for an ideal, but without knowing WHERE to render its adoration, will receive the pure light through the universal manifestation of the pure doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out in the public view, a manifestation which will result from the general reactionary movement which will follow the DESTRUCTION of Christianity and atheism, both conquered and exterminated at the same time.”

V. I. Lenin: “FIRST, we will take Eastern Europe, THEN the masses of Asia. THEN we will encircle the United States, which will be the last bastion of capitalism. We shall not have to attack. It [the U.S.] will fall like a ripe grapefruit into our hands.”

IPS Extremism

The Institute for Policy Studies is an extremist, violence-prone organization which is dedicated to radicalizing American society along Marxist-Socialist lines. IPS is an organization which has firm ties to anti-American terrorist and militant Marxists worldwide. IPS is an organization in which former President Bill and Co-President Hillary Clinton have firm ties. The Clintons’ ties to IPS were why voices of concern were raised when they ran for the presidency in 1992. Especially mentioned was an IPS agent Derek Shearer by Rush Limbaugh, (Rush Limbaugh, “Who’s in Bed With Billy,” The Limbaugh Letter, EFM Publishing, Inc., NY, Nov. 1992, p. 11), by Donald S. McAlvany, (Donald S. McAlvany, “The Case Against Bill Clinton,” The McAlvany Intelligence Advisor, Durango, CO, Oct. 1992, pp. 11-12). and Daniel Wattenberg (Daniel Wattenberg, “The Lady Macbeth of Little Rock - Hillary Clinton’s Hard-Left Past and Present,” The American Spectator, August 1992, p. 32) just before the 1992 election. They reported this alarming situation for good reason. Several FBI documents revealed:

“[The] Institute for Policy Studies (IPS) is described as a Washington-based ‘Think-Factory’ which helped train extremists who incite violence in the United States...and whose educational research serves as a cover for intrigue and political agitation” (FBI File 175-398, June 9, 1976 message traffic, p. 8).

“Individuals who have been identified as CP (Communist Party) members...have participated in IPS functions. IPS representatives have also affiliated with known Communists” (FBI File 100-447935, Vol. 1, March 14, 1969, p. 1).

“Karl Hess is publicly described as a researcher for the IPS...Hess has stated that he sees no alternative but to use violent tactics to destroy the United States Government” (FBI File 100-447935, Vol. 2, Secret Internal Security Report WPO 100-46784, of Oct. 16, 1970, p. 12).

“IPS apparently exercises considerable influence in the New Left movement and may have as its goal THE DESTRUCTION OF THE U.S. GOVERNMENT...” (FBI File 100-447935, Vol. 3, Confidential Memo, July 8, 1971).

Leaders at IPS have long yearned to “move the Democratic party’s debate internally to the left by creating an invisible (IPS) presence in the party” (S. Steven Powell, Covert Cadre - Inside the Institute for Policy Studies, [Green Hill Publishers: Ottawa, IL, 1987], pp. 26 & 393. December 19, 1983 interview with IPS Director Robert Borosage).

It appears that they succeeded in 1992 with Bill Clinton elected president and the appointment of IPS man Derek Shearer as his top economic advisor, prompting the Washington Post to predict that Shearer could become chairman of the Council of Economic Advisors in the Clinton Administration (Rush Limbaugh). The economic comrade of Clinton’s who helped form his economic strategy was Derek Shearer, longtime associate fellow at IPS, “which is committed to socialism in America and sides with the former Soviet Union on almost every important foreign policy issue,” according to a 1988 article in Policy Review.

Shearer was a part of a team of informal economic advisors, ALL of whom met Clinton at Oxford University in England while studying as a Rhodes Scholar. Shearer, who served at the time as the director of Public Policy and Urban Studies at Occidental College, “has been one of thearchitects of Clinton’s ‘Rebuild America’ plan” (San Francisco Chronicle, July 17, 1992).

Clinton’s appointment of Shearer was no fluke. Rush Limbaugh wrote: “Shearer, who is about as leftist (communist) as they come, is one of Clinton’s closest - and cleverest - friends.” Shearer’s sister, Brooke, was Hillary’s traveling companion (Rush Limbaugh, pp. 11-12).

Clinton’s close friend, Derek Shearer, has not only been a member of the subversive IPS, but is also a prolific advocate of Marxist socialism and is ardent in his open praises for life in communist lands. Shearer has long proposed that America’s free enterprise system should be dismantled and that businesses should be controlled by powerful socialistic planners instead. In addition, in a 1980 book he authored, Shearer confided that he and others were planning to so influence the Democratic Party, that a President sharing their Marxist-socialist views could soon be elected. Up popped Bill Clinton! Derek Shearer was not the only link the Clintons’ had with IPS.

FBI Warned of IPS Infiltrating U.S.

Government With Communists

The Shearer/IPS/Clinton connection is disturbing enough, but secret FBI reports that have been released verify that the IPS has infiltrated various government agencies with “radicals” and “Communists” who intended to enact anti-American, pro-communist policies. Remember, IPS had its roots in The Order of Skull & Bones.

“This gives Institute [for Policy Studies] activists access to Government secrets as well as the opportunity to influence opinions and political developments...Obviously the Institute is in a position to infiltrate persons into the government agencies who are indoctrinated in revolutionary ideology...They constitute the new United Front with penetration in depth by communists...In effect...[IPS] Director Arthur Waskow’s OUTLINE IS AN ENTIRE FRAMEWORK OF A SHADOW GOVERNMENT WITH SHADOW INSTITUTIONS” (FBI File 100-447935, Vol. 1, Secret Report of March 14, 1969, pp. 46-47).

“...An IPS working paper captioned ‘Proposal for a Five-Year Plan for Radical Reconstruction’...is said to delineate the radicalization of U.S. society through the creation of counterstructures...It was further denoted...‘These individuals [are instructed that they] must work from within the establishment but, while doing so, not lose sight of their basic radical beliefs’” (FBI File 100-447935, Vol. 3, Secret Report of June 10, 1971, pp. 12).

Newswatch Magazine May 2008 Remember, former President Bill Clinton’s mandate for change that was pushed by the controlled media?

“One of IPS’s most active ‘Fellows’ is Dr. Arthur I. Waskow. The radical anti-war leader was one of the IPS-supported revolutionaries that met last June [1970] in Milwaukee to plan the coming April-May demonstrations designed to disrupt Washington. Since its inception, IPS has tried to DISARM the United States and fought military defense...The ‘Think Tank’ also trained bright young college graduates to take positions on Congressional staffs and Government agencies to push IPS’s radical policies ...[Justice Department, IRS, and Congressional] files show that the IPS channeled its funds and talents in building the anti-war movement and helping leaders of some of the most violent demonstrations and protests since 1963!” (FBI File 100-447935, Vol. 3. News clipping of Paul Scott’s article, “Radicalizing the State Department,” from The Wonderer, February 25, 1971).

Famed Communist Party Member Funded IPS Start-Up

The Institute for Policy Studies, which Hillary Clinton funded and from which former President Bill Clinton drew some of its talent, was originally formed in 1963 with a million-dollar grant from the Samuel Rubin Foundation. Rubin was a member of the elite Comintern of the Communist Party founded by V. I. Lenin. Rubin came to the United States to foment revolution (Official Report to the Special Committee on Un-American Activities, 1936 General Election, New York City).

Rubin was a “Red Russian” who, as he fled to the U.S. for greener pastures during the Bolshevik Revolution, stole the “White Russian” [non-communist] Faberge family’s trade name. With his ill-gotten monies, Rubin became rich in the cosmetics trade and used his riches to spread communism in the West. Rubin accomplished this with the help of famed American billionaire Armand Hammer, who also profited greatly from thescheme (Faberge, per Powell, op. cit., p. 16). Armand Hammer, whose father was a personal friend of Lenin and a Communist Party member (Vladimir Lenin, Collected Works, Vol. 45, pp. 542-544. See four letters from Lenin praising comrade Hammer, Sr.), was suspected by the CIA, FBI, State Department and National Security Council of being a secret Soviet agent most of his life (Kenneth N. Ciboski, “Hammer Biography Tells Tale Not Mentioned in Other Efforts,” The Wichita Eagle, January 21, 1990, p. 5C).

Only after the so-called downfall of the USSR, and the opening of KGB files, was this finally proven. More recent issues of the Soviet publication Izvestia confirm that Armand Hammer was the bagman who carried cash from Lenin to the U.S. in order to fund the start-up of the Communist Party (William P. Hoar, “The Right Answers,” The New American, July 27, 1992, p. 20).

Former Vice President Al Gore, Jr. had links to Communist Armand Hammer. Over a twenty year period, Al Gore, Jr. collected half-a-million dollars in royalties on a zinc mine which didn’t exist for 12 of those years. The Gore benefactor of this was none other than Lenin’s personal bag man to the U.S. Communist Party - Dr. Armand Hammer. In a deal put together back in 1973, the senior Gore, after losing his Senate seat was virtually given 88 acres in Carthage, Tennessee, by Hammer, who was then chairman of Occidental Petroleum - thus connection to Marxist Derek Shearer. The farm, originally purchased by Occidental, was sold to the Gores at well below market price. Then Hammer arranged for Occidental to pay the Gores annual royalties of $237 per acre, while adjacent farms received $30 per acre. Al Gore, Jr. then “bought” the property from his father. The senior Gore went on Hammer’s Board of Directors at Occidental. The elder Gore was given stock options by Hammer worth another half-million dollars.

The senior Gore explained the deal with America’s most influential Red as the result of their “mutual interest in angus cattle” (Larry Abraham, “How the Gores Got Greased,” Insider Report, November 1992, p. 8). This was the same Armand Hammer who helped comrade Rubin steal and get away with the anti-communist Faberge family’s fortune.

This fortune funded the beginning of the IPS. The Faberges also fled to America only to be sickened to find that Rubin was using their fortune to support Communism. A. C. Faberge tried to set the record straight:

“My family took part in the fight against the Bolshevik takeover. My father, Alexander Faberge, participated in the so-called officer’s revolt in Moscow in the early days of the revolution, while two of Agathon Faberge’s sons fought with Udenich’s White Army” (Faberge, per Powell, op. cit., p. 15).

The Faberges took Rubin to court and won a settlement, but not before Comrade Armand Hammer had helped Rubin make the fortune which started-up IPS. Rubin’s daughter, Cora, has played an important role at IPS. Her husband, Peter, has served as IPS’s Chairman of the Board. Cora, as a leading member of IPS, made a number of wartime trips to North Vietnam, openly aiding the enemy (U.S. Congress, House Committee on Internal Security, Annual Report for the Year 1970, 91st Congress, 2nd session, p. 149). Cora and Peter were also implicated in such intrigues as picking up Soviet agents who were being spied upon by our FBI counterintelligence teams (Powell, op. cit., p. 296).

The FBI Investigates IPS for Communist Activities and Terrorism

The FBI reports that IPS personnel are linked to the “pro-communist and the anti-U.S.” SDS group, the “Weathermen” terrorist group which was involved in “strategic sabotage,” and the “Progressive Labor Party” [which] was founded...by individuals expelled from the Communist Party USA, for following the Chinese Communist line” (FBI File 100-447935, Vol. 6, Atlanta Field Office Report 100-447935, May 31, 1973, pp. 3-6). It should be noted that at 3:00 a.m., the night of the Los Angeles riots over the Rodney King verdict in 1992, a Chicago 50,000 watt radio station which had a direct link with the Los Angeles radio station reporting on the spot, said the “Progressive Labor Party” was passing out leaflets to incite rioting. The Communist are alive and well in America.

The FBI has compiled some 2,705 pages of information which documents how the IPS is a violent and subversive organization. Patriots of America received under the Freedom of Information Act 1,743 pages concerning the IPS. The FBI gave them the following reasons for not releasing the other 962 pages:

(1) Withholding as “specifically authorized...by an Executive [Presidential] Order to be kept secret in the interest of national defense...,” and (2) The National Security Act of 1947, the CIA Act of 1949, the current discretion of the FBI, and (3) That the “Records or information [were] compiled for law enforcement purposes...[and] could reasonably be expected to disclose the identity of a confidential source...” (Letter from FBI Chief Agent Emil P. Morchello, [FOIPA Division], Washington, D.C.).

Many sections of the 1,743 pages were blacked out, but enough sections were not blacked out to determine that the IPS personnel are generally violent and a danger to the people of America and the government of the United States.

Arthur I. Waskow, of the IPS Board of Trustees, was specifically cited in one secret FBI study. Under a headline of “VIOLENCE,” Waskow was quoted as advocating “creative disorder” including “looting and burning” in the U.S., while advocating sending aid to North Vietnam during that war (FBI File 100-447935, Vol. 1, “Secret” Report of March 14, 1969, pp. 31-32).

Harvard Historian James L. Tyson, veteran of the CIA’s predecessor organization, the OSS, drafted a chart tracing control of the IPS through the Cuban DGI Intelligence service directly to Soviet KGB Chief Chebrikov, who reported to the Communist Party Central Committee in Moscow (James L. Tyson, Target America: The Influence of Communist Propaganda on U.S. Media [Regnery Gateway: Lake Bluff, IL., 1985], p. 21).

Remember Hillary Clinton funded The Institute for Policy Studies as a board member of a tax-exempt foundation!!!

IPS Aided and Abetted Marxist Dictators

 

The pro-Marxist agitations and violence of IPS leaders Cora and Peter Weiss have already been mentioned. Although the money to start IPS came from Communist Party member Rubin and has been administered by Rubin’s daughter Cora, the IPS was actually founded and initially directed by two other persons: Richard J. Barnet and Marcus Raskin (Dr. Rael Jean Isaac, America the Enemy - Profile of a Revolutionary Think Tank, [Ethics and Public Policy Center: Washington, D.C., 1980] p. 7). As shall be proven, Raskin utilized the IPS resources to help the Soviet KGB assassinate important Americans and Britons, while Barnet used his IPS status to personally assist and aid communist leaders from Central America to Asia.

IPS leader Richard J. Barnet aided Nicaragua’s Daniel Ortega and North Vietnamese leaders. During the Vietnam war, IPS cofounder Barnet traveled to North Vietnam to greet top communist leaders, and there went on record as a violent supporter of communism and despiser of the philosophy of the United States (Quicksilver Times, December 8-18, 1969, p. 9;

and Peter Collier and David Horowitz, Destructive Generation, [Simon and Schuster: NY, 1990], p. 175).

Barnet was reported by the North Vietnamese to have said at a rally in Hanoi that the Vietnamese were fighting “against the same aggressors that we will continue to fight in our country [the U.S.]” (FBI File 100447935, Vol. 2, Report of March 19, 1970, p. 16).

At the request of Marxist dictator Ortega, IPS leader Barnet traveled to Nicaragua in 1983, 1984 and 1985 to help Ortega install his new Marxist Sandinista regime. While there, Barnet stayed at the home of Secret Police Chief Thomas Borge. Borge later became the Interior Minister. Borge:

“...Works hand in glove with the Cuban DGI intelligence and is responsible for the execution of hundreds of political prisoners. [Borge] has personally received IPS fellows, such as Richard Barnet...in his home in Managua” (Powell, p. 245, referencing IPS cofounder Richard Barnet’s “Intervention and Revolution in Nicaragua” speech at IPS headquarters, February 7, 1984).

In addition, Borge directed the extermination of thousands of Miskito Indian men, women and children who opposed the advance of communism in their native Nicaragua (Michael Utter, “Genocide of Miskito Indians,” Family Protection Scoreboard: Liberation Theology Issue, [National Citizens Action Network, 1989], p. 32). Richard J. Barnet, IPS cofounder, was not in Nicaragua as a tourist - rather as an instructor to Nicaragua’s new ruling communists:

“For after returning to the United States, Borge and Landau reported that they [including Barnet] had gone there to ‘make sure that the eight ministries [of the Sandinistas] had their projects in order’ so that European support, which IPS was also organizing, would continue ‘to keep [communist] Nicaragua from being isolated politically and economically.’ When the Sandinista president, Daniel Ortega, came to New York in November 1985 and in July 1986...he paid a personal visit to...[IPS leaders] Cora and Peter Weiss...” (Powell, p. 79).
