America Will Be Occupied By UN Troops!
The United Nations had long been sought by Marxists and Socialists who were created by an ultra-secret organization called the Illuminati. The founder of this organization in 1776 laid out the overall plan that called for a One-World-Government.
The Plan was updated by his successors, Albert Pike of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Guiseppi Mazzini of Italy. Albert Pike, by 1871 the head of worldwide Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, called for many revolutionary wars in the 20th Century. He called for the creation of a SEEN enemy of the Western world of Christianity, which became Russia under the name of Communism.
Three world wars were also to be planned and carried forward. After each of these world wars, there would be an attempt to create a Global Government. Out of the ruins of World War I, Colonel Edward Mandell House, Marxist and chief advisor to President Woodrow Wilson, suggested a global organization called the League of Nations.
The Senate of the United States was not yet sufficiently infiltrated by Communists, New World Order people or corrupt enough to be BOUGHT off, so the Treaty failed to pass. However, those working for a one-world government never quit just because they have a temporary setback. These people NEVER stop planning and plotting as to how they can overthrow every nation and build it from the ground up on the foundation of Socialism/Communism.
1919 Paris Meeting of Like Minded People
Since the League of Nations collapsed for all practical purposes without the United States entrance into it, these plotters laid down another course of action that history proves has been successful. Colonel House, along with a group of Americans, met with another group of British in 1919 in Paris, France.
These men were fronts for the International Banking House of Rothschild. They decided to establish a semi-secret society in all the major British colonies, such as the Union of South Africa, Australia, and then America. In Britain this organization was called the Royal Institute of International Affairs. In America it was called the Council on Foreign Relations.
The goal of these organizations was to infiltrate every corridor of power in government, religion, economics, education and business to create a one-world-government. The greatest obstacles to these men were the Constitution, our national sovereignty and that ONLY Congress could declare war. In order to change the Constitution and eliminate national sovereignty, they had to capture control of our government, so they could embroil us unconstitutionally in a world organization. In order to get around the Constitutional authority for Congress ONLY to declare war, they had to recreate the power of Treaty Law and confuse the American people into thinking that a Treaty could override our Constitution.
Eroding the Constitution
The Constitution is very clear in the separation of Powers. It calls for Executive, Judiciary, and Legislative Branches of Government. The Executive Branch is to enforce laws passed by the Legislative Branch (Congress). No where in the Constitution is the President to create law through Executive Orders and Presidential Decision Directives. They were for White House orders on HOW to carry out legislation passed by Congress. Notice!
Clinton's Illegal Executive Orders!

"Through Executive Order 13083, Clinton attempted to turn the 10th Amendment upside down (Editor's note: The 10th Amendment delegates limited authority to a federal government. It does NOT surrender power to the federal government. The ONLY reason Washington, DC has any power at all is that the Sovereign Nation-States delegated, NOT SURRENDER, limited power expressly written in the 10th Amendment).
"American Policy Center helped generate such an outrage that Clinton was FORCED to temporarily `suspend' the order. But unless the new Congressional leadership follows through, Executive Order 13083 is on the fast track to being `reinstated.'

"He could also impose limitless taxes - under the guise of radical environmental regulations. Through EO 13083, Clinton can have the federal government confiscate huge parcels of private property. And he could impose gun CONFISCATION. All without Congressional approval (Editor's note: OR without the CONSENT of the governed, WE, the people).
"And he's done more with Executive Orders. Clinton also used an Executive Order to IMPOSE the American Heritage Rivers Initiative. This is a brazen federal POWER GRAB that brings an army of 13 federal agencies to riverside communities across the nation.
"It appoints a $100,000 per year Federal `River Czar' to control every decision about the use of the river in American Heritage Rivers Initiative designated communities. It creates `Federal Zoning' to control local development and private property along the river. It mandates the U.S. Army to use aerial photography and satellite surveillance to POLICE river use. It gradually begins to restrict fishing and recreational activities along the river.
"Yet Congress has done NOTHING to stop it. This illegal use of Executive Orders represents a SERIOUS ATTACK on the Constitutional authority of state and local governments. It is a serious attack on the powers of the U.S. Congress. And it is a serious attack on your individual rights.
"The most dangerous POWER GRAB ever perpetrated by a U.S. President - bar none - is being done through Executive Orders.
"And up to this point Congress has done NOTHING to stop it. ... Never would I have believed that one U.S. president could get away with causing so much damage to our precious freedoms.

"After Bill Clinton signed Executive Order 13083, Presidential Aide Paul Begala was overheard to say, `Stroke of a pen, law of the land. Kinda cool.' Unless you and I put a stop to this arrogant disregard for the rule of law, our liberties will literally hang on the whim of Bill Clinton."1
