Having trouble viewing our video clips with the new RealPlayer "G2"?
If so, we might be able to remedy the problem....
Below is the RealPlayer version 4, which does play our video clips.
If you have upgraded to the G2 player, and have had other previous versions of RealPlayer on your computer, then try this: 1) Save this file to your desktop.
Once you save this to your desktop, then just double click it, and it will prompt you to use this player as the default player, select YES. Then make sure your G2 player is closed, and re-click on the video link on our site, and it should work.
2) If that doesn't work, or you did not upgrade to G2 player (you have had G2 since your computer was new) then try this:
Save these files to your "C:\Windows\System" directory (folder)
- Individually:
Dciman32.dll
Msvfw32.dll
pncrt.dll
pnen3240.dll
pnui3240.dll- Or as one compressed zip file:
After you save these files to your windows system folder, then make sure you download RealPlayer 4.0 and follow the directions as listed in step 1.
