Are We Still Operating Under Our Original Constitutional Government?

President George W. Bush let slip that there are underground bunkers to protect senior politicians to guarantee the Continuity of Government in case of a nuclear attack or biological attack upon Washington, D.C.
This information had been super sensitive and classified in previous years.  However, it did confirm what many researchers into the program to deliver the United States into a New World Order had known for some time.
This New World Order would cause the United States Constitution to be suspended and a world constitution to go into effect.  This, of course, WITHOUT your or my consent.
When this time comes, there will be a sitting president in office.  Who will this president be?
