Dear Newswatch Magazine Listeners/Readers:
R ichard Boylan, Ph.D., wrote a summary of an interview with a high-level National Security Informant who wishes to remain unknown. Some of the statements are as follows:
1) He said the National Security community considers the Middle East to be engulfed in war - which would draw into it Syria, Jordan, possibly Egypt, Turkey and Iran along with Iraq. More powerful forces could enter - Russia and India. With India's attention diverted, China could march into areas of India it considers within its sphere of influence. The Western Powers would have to respond and global war would become a reality.
2) The National Security Intelligence community expects a major terrorist strike within the United States - possibly during the winter of 2000/2001. This most likely would be a major city of importance with a biological warfare agent dispersed across it or even a nuclear weapon detonated. He noted that 18 Russian Russian nuclear warheads are missing and are most likely in the hands of terrorists. He considered anthrax to be the most likely biowarfare agent to be dispersed in the air. He said that terrorist groups are within the United States.
3) He stated that the U.S. is quietly on ThreatCon Delta, the equivalent of the Pentagon's wartime DefCon 4 [active war] alert status. ThreatCon Delta is the highest level of civilian threat alert condition, BECAUSE biological or nuclear incidents are considered to occur at any time. Because of ThreatCon Delta, classified sections of the National Security Act [amended] and secret Presidential National Security Directives have become activated. The Informant asked "Did you know that the President is not in charge now? FEMA [Federal Emergency Management Agency] is!" In spite of being unconstitutional, the classified laws and National Security Decision Directives make it legal.
4) He also confirmed that the "REX 84 Exercise" authorized by President Reagan was a dry-run dress rehearsal of the taking over of command of the government, legislature and courts by the unelected shadow government, implemented, if necessary, by federalized FEMA troops.
[It is very interesting that a Retired Military person very loyal to America and its Constitution, and close friend of a good supporter of our Work, followed 30 tour type buses of gray color from western New York into Warren, Pennsylvania. There were 50-60 passengers on each bus - total between 1,500 to 1,800. They stopped for a bathroom break. Only 5 at a time left the bus. They were dressed in old wool type uniforms of olive drab. They ALL looked to be either Chinese or Korean. He lost them when the buses left the highway and turned into the Allegheny National Forest.]
A Retired Military officer that was a former inspector for the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Department of Defense, with 31 years of federal service: 22 in the military, nine with the Department of Defense, including two years with the Air Staff, a holder of the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, three awards of the Joint Service Medal, all of the Vietnamese awards, as well as the Joint Meritorious Unit Medal, has revealed some vital information under the condition of secrecy as to who he is.
He has spoken of the coming American Holocaust - the Government's plans for dealing with those who will not cooperate with the New World Order. He said the infrastructure has already been set up to incarcerate and execute Americans. He said he has photographed the locations of the facilities that will be used for these purposes.
He said there are at least 130 concentration camps being quietly modified which have sprung up across the country, yet NO other activities are going on at these facilities. Barbed wire-topped fencing [with the tops turned inward] and helicopter wind socks. Most have good logistical supports, such as major highways and railroad transport facilities adjacent to the sites.
These facilities, many in remote areas across our country, are set up to become concentration/ detention camps, complete with gas chambers, for resisters and dissidents. Generally speaking, they are set up for dissenters who will NOT go along with the New World Order. The "resisters" are gun owners who refuse to give up their weapons; the "dissidents" are Christians, Patriots and Constitutionalists. These camps are set up. This Retired Military officer says he has seen them with his own eyes.
Former Texas Representatives Jack Brooks and Henry Gonzales said the laws are in place.
