One way to eventually fulfill the book 1984's total and complete control over the lives of individuals is to FORCE everyone into an ALL electronic money system with government regulations. The Y2K buildup was designed to frighten all governments and businesses into UPDATING older computer equipment and connect them to the World Wide Web - the Internet. If they did not, the advancement made in the 20th Century would be lost and reverted to Middle Age living. It worked!
Those Socialist/Communist/New World Order/One World Government proponents rejoiced that they have now set the world up for their potential TOTAL control. Even in the most sold book in the world at one time called the Bible, it foretold such a time. Revelation 13:16-17 says the time would come in "the day of the Lord" that NO ONE would be able to BUY and SELL [do business and purchase for your livelihood] unless you had the "MARK" of the government.
England is already a TOTAL surveillance society with 400,000 cameras mounted in every city. This information appeared on the Discovery Channel. It discussed satellite surveillance down to reading your automobile license plates. England has also completed the FINAL step in the Rules for Communist Revolution - GUN CONFISCATION! Australia has also been disarmed, and the people are in an uproar because common theft is UP 44% without their guns for protection. The citizens want to know WHY crime has not disappeared as they were promised! THE GOVERNMENT WILL NEVER GIVE THEIR GUNS BACK TO THEM!
Americans only have one line of protection left. President Franklin Delano Roosevelt started the Social Security System with a personal NUMBER for savings when you retire. On my ORIGINAL Social Security Card, it says: NOT TO BE USED FOR IDENTIFICATION! Can you get credit without showing your PRIVATE number? NO! But notice:

Courts have ruled: Right of privacy is a personal RIGHT designed to protect persons from unwanted disclosure of personal information. The District Court of Delaware held that the Privacy Act was enacted "for the PURPOSE of curtailing the expanding use of Social Security numbers and to eliminate the threat to individual and confidentiality of information posed by common numerical identifiers" in a strongly worded guideline and regulation for the maintenance of privacy and protection of records on individuals.
(a)(1) It shall be unlawful to DENY to any individual ANY RIGHT, BENEFIT or PRIVILEGE when one refuses to reveal one's Social Security number, one can file suit for actual damages sustained by the individual as a result of the refusal or failure, but in no case shall a person be entitled to a recovery receive less than the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) and
(b) The cost of the action, together with reasonable attorney's fees as determined by the courts. One may recover the award from a government agency, business or individual who denies one the right, benefit or privilege. Should one be denied a right, benefit or privilege and one declines to provide a Social Security number, one files suit and if he/she is aware of the Privacy act, and refuses to honor it, that individual is PERSONALLY required to pay the actual damages for interfering with somebody else's privacy.
Now that the world has been WIRED for the Internet and all computerized equipment updated, we have suddenly been plunged into a ONE WORLD electronic society that crosses borders of every nation. In 1887 a Socialist named Bellamy wrote a book titled: Looking Back - 2000 to 1887. It was published in 1888. He said the world of the future would become BORDERLESS. He said American credit cards [before they existed] would become MORE valuable in Europe than gold. He said the transformation of the world would happen in an instant.
We know that Europe has adopted ELECTRONIC Euro Dollars as of January 1, 1999. The District Federal Board of Dallas, Texas, held a meeting on March 6-7, 2000 to discuss an ALL Americas currency. Thirty-four [34] countries of North and South America, except Cuba, would base their currencies on the American dollar.
There is an attempt to have an all Asian currency. The currencies of the world would be reduced to THREE. At the right moment, they will be merged into ONE WORLD CURRENCY hooked together electronically. Next step: A World political and religious merging!
