Dear Newswatch Magazine Listeners/Readers:
In the 1970s, Universal Product Codes [Bar Codes] began to appear on retail items. Now they are on everything for BUYING AND SELLING. Experiments have taken place with computer chips on or in the body which contain a number to identify you. The chip’s number is automatically read to identify the buyer at any retail outlet.
When I first started printing magazines with this information, I was ridiculed by various religious organizations, which was okay. Today, these same features that I discussed in 1981 and forward are all coming to pass. For example:
A prisoner in Waycross, Georgia has written us concerning the new system of identification. The new ID system is a Bar Code. The person who wrote us said the new ID had the following: UNO followed by the Bar Code. He asked officer Captain Crosby for what did the letters UNO stand. Captain Crosby said United Nations Order. The person who wrote us investigated by asking questions to various high officials at the prison. He said:
1. The numbering system carries his whole medical chart/files.
2. He must use his new ID to use the telephone.
3. He cannot order anything from outside the prison unless he uses the new Bar Code system.
4. He cannot BUY from the prison store without the new ID.
5. When meals are served in the prison cafeteria, his new ID Bar Codes must be run through a computer - just like pay-at-the-pump service stations.
6. When reporting to the library, he must use his new Bar Code ID to check out books.
7. His walkman radio that he uses to listen to our radio program was required to have his Bar Code ID placed on it.
8. All his property is required to display his new Bar Code ID. He said the Bar Codes were engraved on each item.
9. He cannot receive mail of any kind without the Bar Code ID.
10. All of his dental records are recorded in the system. It is retrieved by using the Bar Code ID.
Those of us who watch "world news in the light of Bible prophecy" have known that an economic system was coming that eventually would entrap everyone. We are paying attention to our spiritual lives as well as the news. We KNOW there will eventually be the requirement to commit idolatry to receive this MARK to BUY and SELL. The world dictator will eventually have such control that everyone will be forced to take this MARK just to be part of the New World Economic System. All others will be forced into poverty as vagabonds on the earth.
However, Jesus Christ is calling individuals to learn His true ways instead of the "traditions of men" that cannot be found in the Bible but are accepted as if they were truth. Jesus said in Revelation 18:3-4 to come out of this "false" system that permeates the religious world today.
