Dear Newswatch Magazine Listeners/Readers:
I
have said for years that America would see
militarized police in its streets. The State Department
Publication #7277 called for militarized police as we
dismantled our military in preparation to turn all of our
military equipment and personnel over to the United
Nations. Americans must be shown these forces in
action to prepare their minds to accept their harsh
"jackbooted" treatment of us.
We were lied to about WACO, and the military's involvement in that government exercise of brute force. Now three of the most important witnesses in the WACO wrongful death suit have suddenly died. All three of their testimonies were essential at getting to the truth as to whether the FBI fired upon the Branch Davidians from the rear of their church/home. Statements had already been given by the world's most informed FLIR [infrared] expert, Dr. Edward Allard, that the government fired repeatedly. NOW HE IS DEAD - a stroke. Just two days before he was to be at Ft. Hood to oversee the government's Gunfire Test. The former sheriff of McClennan County, Jack Harwell, has now died of a heart attack as well as one other expert witness - Carlos Ghigliotti. Are President Clinton and Attorney General Janet Reno, along with the ATF and FBI, sanitizing all possible witnesses against their decision to kill? When we look at the long list of dead people surrounding President Clinton who could possibly testify against him, it should truly raise some concerns in our minds as to who and what kind of man is filling the Presidential office.
Senator Jesse Helms, NC, had talked with Janet Reno and advised and asked her NOT to send in the militarized SWAT team to forcibly take Elian Gonzalez out of his Miami relative's home. He pleaded for her to let the Courts concerned with child custody take their lawful actions. She politely refused - leaving her planned option open.
Renowned Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz defended President Clinton against all comers when he was charged with lying in Sexgate. He even testified on Clinton's behalf during the House Judiciary Committee's impeachment hearings.
BUT in a Monday [April 24] night interview with Fox News Channel's Paula Zahn, he said the Clinton administraton acted "lawlessly" when they seized six-year-old Elian Gonzalez. Calling it "a dangerous day for all Americans." He went on to say Reno should have gotten a court order. If they refused to honor the court order, they could have been held in contempt of court and arrested. He said they couldn't get a court order because the 11th circuit court had already turned down their request. He said this is setting a precedent for the administration to act WITHOUT court approval and can now break into the home of any American citizen. The great danger is that the government went after the boy WITHOUT a court order.
Even in the civil rights days of Arkansas and Alabama, the government got a court order. Now the government has taken the law into its own hands and effectively stated: WE ARE ABOVE THE LAW. WE ARE A LAW UNTO OURSELVES!
As a result of Janet Reno's deadly force at WACO and now with the illegal forcible entrance into a private home without a court order, The Law Enforcement Alliance of America, a Washington-based group of over 65,000 members that calls itself a "nonprofit, nonpartisan coalition of law enforcement professionals, crime victims and concerned citizens united for justice," have begun a petition drive designed to have Janet Reno "fired" as Attorney General of the United States.
The petition reads in part, "Attorney General Janet Reno should be immediately removed from office for malfeasance and abuse of power. Janet Reno's infamous 5:00 am raid in the Elian Gonzalez case transcends the issues of custody, revealing a US government willing to invade private homes at gunpoint in violation of Constitutional protections."
"Janet Reno's America," according to the petition, "is one where an American President and Vice President are allowed to OBSTRUCT justice with the complicity of the top law enforcement officer in the land."
"We believe in an America where individual rights are protected FROM THE POWER OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, and not merely tolerated UNTIL the government's patience runs out. We, the undersigned, urge that Janet Reno be fired because her America MUST BE REJECTED for freedom to stand."
There were individuals who spoke out against the Roman government as they saw the decline in progress. America's decline is RUSHING toward completion with the coming militarized police state!!
