Dear Newswatch Magazine Listeners/Readers:

s far back as 1984, I began warning the American
people about the United Nations Genocide Convention
Treaty, and its ultimate impact upon our lives. People
thought Genocide meant the killing of a whole race of
people, but I warned that it had nothing to do with
killing of whole races of people because EVERY
Communist country had already signed it. They were
the only ones killing to annihilate whole segments of
people.
I warned that the United Nations and all Federal laws passed to implement it would be focused upon individuals - not races of people! In the context of the Treaty is a section that tells WHO will be punished under the Treaty - those who cause someone or a group mental harm!!! It took them over a decade to legislate laws to enforce the implementation on the state level of this Treaty. IT HAS BEEN DONE! They are called "HATE" crimes. They were implemented to ultimately control every ones thoughts - thought control.
This Treaty is designed to FORCE every one into what the U.N. calls the "norm." Every one on earth must act alike, think alike, etc. This "norm" they want the world to reach must have a way to be enforced upon each person - no matter what nationality you are. This means you must have a military independent of any nation and run by the elite at the top of the U.N. who answers to no one.
I have also been warning for over a decade about State Department Publication #7277. This is the Plan laid down by the Kennedy Administration in 1961 and another document that was attached in 1962 to totally DISARM America to live in a "peaceful" world. The only problem is that Russia and the Communist world are doing the exact opposite - arming as fast as possible with ultra sophisticated weapons.
Publication #7277 put out by the State Department would in three phases turn all of our military equipment as well as personnel over to the U.N. Phase two was to build up the prestige of the U.N. in the eyes of the world. President George Bush was given that job with the war against Iraq in 1990-91. Twenty-eight nations sent forces to the Middle East. President Bush took advantage of this created situation to announce the possibility of the New World Order 210 times in speeches.
The final step would see the training of a militarized police force to maintain control when we are disarmed and occupied by foreign Communist countries of Russia, China and Venezuela, etc. The third and final stage of State Department #7277 was to TOTALLY DISARM and have only the militarized police force left to put down riots.
The Federal Government began to subsidize police departments with funds and equipment. True to the 1942 Supreme Court ruling of Wickard vs. Filburn, everything the government subsidizes, they have the right to CONTROL it! They furnished money to build militarized army trained SWAT TEAMS to become the enforcers and terrorize the public into submission and not rise up when the U.N. world government replaces our Constitutional Republic.
Meanwhile, silently without exposure from the national news media, U.N. vehicles are off-loading and sending the vehicles to destinations unknown. 75 flatbeds with U.N. vehicles were in Corpus Christi, Texas, in May 2000, and left for an unknown location. Trains traveling north out of Ogden, Utah, were seen carrying U.N. vehicles in May 2000. Men who deliver to military bases see things that others have no opportunity to see. Fort Ripley, Minnesota, north of Little Falls, had U.N. personnel from at least four different nationalities on the base in May 2000 - one was Chinese Communist.
The U.N. personnel in conjunction with the U.S. Government are preparing quietly for this gigantic coup d' etat to turn our nation over to a Communist one-world-government WITHOUT the consent of, we, the people. This is why the National Security Act of 1947 was passed - to prevent Americans from knowing what these world government proponents have in store for us until it is too late. The Genocide Treaty with its "mental harm" section will eventually be used to silence those who speak out in warning to the American people.
We have all seen our militarized police force in action at Ruby Ridge, Idaho in 1992 - in WACO, Texas in 1993 - in Miami, Florida in 2000. They come dressed in black, with automatic weapons that would intimidate anyone. It surely did Elian Gonzales - a 6 year old stolen away illegally at 5 AM, WITHOUT a court order. When their New World Order is in place, do you think they won't come to your door if they deem necessary? All I can say is God help those who repent and seek His protection!
