Now Hillary Rodham Clinton wants to be the next United States Senator from New York State. Of course, she's NOT from New York State. Mrs. Clinton is far MORE liberal than her husband, and possibly even more corrupt. In fact, she is the central figure in many of the most serious Clinton scandals.
And she is now at the center of some brand new scandals surrounding her Senate candidacy, including illegal use of White House personnel for her campaign and the highly suspect use of Air Force planes to ferry her around the state for campaign appearances at taxpayer expense.
She discards staff like a Kleenex if they get in her way. Many believe she sees New York as her personal trampoline to propel her to the Presidency of the United States. During their two-term tenure at the White House, the Clintons have shown a contempt for law and moral norms that rivals the corruption of any Banana Republic or Tin Pot Dictatorship. For example…
Those Troublesome Billing Records
In January of 1996, a White House staffer wandering through the White House residence discovered Hillary Rodham Clinton's long-lost law firm billing records. They were sitting on a table in plain view. These were the very same billing records that had been subpoenaed two years earlier by Congress and the Office of Independent Counsel. Until the discovery of these billing records, we did not know the full extent of Mrs. Clinton's work on two elaborate frauds known as "Whitewater" and "Castle Grande" which ended up costing taxpayers tens of millions of dollars.
Mrs. Clinton claims she has no idea how the subpoenaed billing records wound up on a table in plain view in the residence. But lab tests show her fingerprints on the documents. The billing records prove that Mrs. Clinton lied about her work on the failed Madison Guarantee S & L which cost taxpayers $69 million as part of the Whitewater Development fraud.
The Madison S & L was owned by the Clinton's Whitewater land deal partner the late James McDougal. Federal regulators have since called Madison a "criminal enterprise." The billing records show that Mrs. Clinton spent about 60 hours working for Madison Guarantee over a 15-month period in 1985-86. She also told federal investigators that she had never heard of Castle Grande - a related real estate development fraud. But her billing records show that an option agreement she drafted put the price of the Castle Grande project at $400,000, when the government was able to sell the property for only $38,000 after the Madison S & L collapsed. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation [FDIC] says the option agreement Mrs. Clinton helped draft was designed "to DECEIVE federal bank examiners."
Castle Grande
Castle Grande was an intricate financial fraud disguised as a real estate development and designed to loot Madison Guaranty. The Castle Grande sham eventually resulted in criminal convictions for Jim McDougal, Susan McDougal, former Arkansas Governor Jim Guy Tucker, and David Hale, an ex-municipal judge.
Mrs. Clinton was retained by McDougal to handle legal matters relating to his S & L. Two federal agencies have concluded that Castle Grande involved "insider dealing, fictitious sales and land flips."
The Ransacking of Vincent Foster's Office
On July 20, 1993, White House Deputy Counsel Vincent Foster turned up dead in a near-by park. Foster was the Clinton's personal lawyer and handled much of the legal work on Whitewater. He was also involved in the "Travelgate" scandal.
The night of Foster's death, White House Counsel Bernard Nussbaum, along with aide Patsy Thomasson, rummaged through Foster's files in search of records while the law enforcement authorities from the Justice Department were kept waiting outside his office. Mrs. Clinton's Chief of Staff, Maggie Williams left Foster's office that night with an armful of file folders.
Whitewater files taken from Foster's office were kept for five days at the Clinton's personal residence before finally being turned over to the Clinton's lawyer. White House officials repeatedly interfered with the investigation of Foster's death by the U.S. Park Police. His death was ruled a "suicide" by the Park Police and the Office of Independent Counsel.
These are only two examples of the corruption and scandals carried out by the Clintons - Hillary!
The Webster Hubbell "Money-for-Silence" Scandal
Webster Hubbell, Clinton's former Associate Attorney General [#2 position at Justice], was convicted in 1994 of two counts of criminal fraud involving his billing practices at the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he and Mrs. Clinton had been law partners.
Hubbell was among the Clinton's closest friends. He was a KEY player in the Clinton's Whitewater and Castle Grande real estate frauds.
In exchange for a reduced sentence, Hubbell cut a deal with Independent Counsel Ken Starr to provide testimony in the Whitewater case. NO cooperation from Hubbell ever materialized. Hubbell served out his prison term in silence.
Following Hubbell's resignation from Justice, and during the period leading up to his indictment and conviction, Hubbell [with the assistance of Vernon Jordan] received $63,000 in "consulting" fees from a holding company controlled by Revlon financier Ron Perelman; $100,000 for undisclosed services from the Lippo Group, the Indonesian conglomerate with strong ties to the government of Communist China; and upwards of $500,000 from various people and companies with close ties to the Clintons. The White House acknowledges that Clinton's top advisors helped Hubbell secure these payments for undisclosed services.
Who Is Paying for Hillary's Campaign?
First, Mrs. Clinton used Air Force planes to transport her and her staff on a multi-state tour to promote her book - It Takes A Village. The book's publisher, Simon & Shuster, reimbursed the government only at the rate of first-class tickets. Undeterred by criticism she received from that extravaganza at taxpayer expense, she then used Air Force planes to shuttle her back and forth from New York State to promote her candidacy for the United States Senate.
But reimbursement of the government at the first-class ticket rate is a pittance compared with the actual cost of flying either of the two jets she usually uses. A C-9 jet, similar to a civilian DC-9, costs $2,141 per hour to fly. A smaller C-20, an executive jet, costs even more: $4,059 per hour. And when Hillary flies on Air Force One with her entourage, the cost of her travel soars to $35,330 an hour. The White House defends the meager reimbursement formula for Hillary's trips to New York, saying they have mostly involved official business.
Hillary & "Chinagate"
Mrs. Clinton is a key player in the "Chinagate" scandal - the most serious scandal in the history of the Presidency. More on her role in a moment. First, some background.
"Chinagate" involves the wholesale transfer of America's most sensitive nuclear weapons secrets to Communist China, possibly in exchange for millions of dollars in illegal campaign contributions to the 1996 Clinton-Gore re-election campaign.
Key nuclear weapons technology was sold to China by Democratic Party contributors who manufacture crucial missile guidance systems and satellite technology. Much more was stolen from U.S. nuclear weapons labs by spies for Communist China while the Clinton White House turned a blind eye to Communist Chinese espionage.
When evidence of Communist Chinese spying at U.S. nuclear weapons labs came to the attention of the Clinton White House in 1995, the Clinton staff did not just ignore it - they actually took steps to impede and block an investigation into China's theft of U.S. nuclear missile technology.
For example, when the FBI requested a wiretap on the suspected Chinese spy working at the Los Alamos nuclear lab, the Clinton Justice Department denied the request. The FBI requests thousands of wiretaps every year from the Justice Department. But this was the ONLY instance the Clinton Justice Department denied the FBI's request for a wire tap.
While all this was going on, the Communist Chinese were pouring an estimated $5,000,000 in "soft money" contributions, mostly through surrogates, into the 1996 Clinton-Gore re-election campaign.
As a result of these nuclear technology transfers, Communist China now has the ability to strike MANY American cities with its nuclear arsenal. At a minimum, the "Chinagate" scandal involves massive election fraud and criminal disregard for U.S. national security by the Clinton White House.
At worst, it may involve the outright selling of America's nuclear weapons technology to Communist China in exchange for massive campaign contributions to the 1996 Clinton-Gore re-election effort.
And Mrs. Clinton played far more than a minor role in this scandal. EVIDENCE is mounting that she and the late Commerce Department Secretary Ron Brown masterminded the famous sale of trade seats on foreign trade missions to "fat cat" Democratic Party contributors.
Seats on these trade missions were sold to contributors at $50,000 a piece. Guests on these trade missions included Loral Corporation's Bernard Schwartz, who had contributed $1,000,000 to the Democratic National Committee. Soon after the trade mission trip to China and Schwartz's million dollars in contributions to the DNC, the Commerce Department granted Loral and Schwartz highly unusual WAIVERS which allowed them to sell missile-guidance system and satellite technology to Communist China - technology that we now KNOW was used to make China's nuclear missiles more accurate and reliable.
The Commerce Department granted these waivers to sell our nuclear weapons technology to China despite vociferous opposition from the Defense Department, the State Department and the CIA.
According to SWORN eye-witness testimony by Ms. Nolanda Hill, a former business partner and confidante of the late Ron Brown, Mrs. Clinton helped Brown put together guest lists for these trade missions, which were really fundraising junkets for Democrat campaign contributors.
As a result of all this, Communist China has been able to quickly modernize its nuclear missile, making China a formidable threat to the United States. In other words, for a "few pieces of silver," the Clinton White House has put all Americans in harm's way.
Whitewater
This is the grand-daddy of the 38 scandals that have engulfed the Clinton White House. Independent Counsel Ken Starr won felony convictions of three key Whitewater figures, including the late James McDougal, his wife Susan McDougal, and former Arkansas Governor Jim Guy Tucker - ALL close friends of the Clintons and partners with the Clintons in the Whitewater Development scam which cost taxpayers an estimated $69 million.
James McDougal was convicted of 18 felony counts involving bank fraud and conspiracy.
· Susan McDougal, convicted on four felony counts involving bank fraud and conspiracy, received an illegal $300,000 taxpayer-backed loan from David Hale. Hale has testified that he was pressured to make the loan by Bill Clinton. McDougal currently served more than two years in federal prison for contempt of court for refusing to provide testimony under a grant of immunity regarding her direct knowledge of the Clinton's involvement in the Whitewater scam.
· Jim Guy Tucker, Bill Clinton's successor as Governor of Arkansas, as well as a close friend and business associate of the Clintons, was convicted of two Whitewater-related felonies involving fraud and conspiracy.
"Travelgate"
Mrs. Clinton directed the firing of seven White House Travel Office workers, so they could be replaced by her pals, including Hollywood producer and travel charter service owner Harry Thomason. She then lied about it. A nine-page memo by former White House aide David Watkins clearly spells out Mrs. Clinton's role in the firings.
Here's a summary of the basic facts:
· The entire staff of the White House Travel Office was summarily fired in 1993 shortly after Clinton was sworn in as President. This action was very unusual because the Travel Office staff consisted of non-partisan career professionals who served both Republican and Democrat Administrations.
· After the firings, the White House hired Clinton's 25-year old cousin Catherine Cornelius to run the office. She promptly began steering lucrative White House travel business to a private travel agency in Little Rock, Arkansas, with ties to the Clintons.
· To justify the firings, the Clinton White House urged the Justice Department and the FBI to initiate a criminal investigation of the fired former Director of the White House travel office, Billy Dale. In addition, the White House had the IRS conduct an audit of Dale's personal finances and tax payments. This loyal career civil servant was then indicted on trumped up charges by the White House of embezzling funds.
· A jury aquitted Billy Dale of any wrongdoing.
· Five of the seven Travel Office staffers were rehired by the White House.
· A memo by White House Director of Administration David Watkins states that Mrs. Clinton flatly lied to the General Accounting Office when she denied directing the firing of the Travel Office staff. This revelation prompted New York Times columnist William Safire to call Hillary a "congenital liar."
"Health Care-gate"
In 1994, Mrs. Clinton set out to redesign the American health-care system and convened a panel that drafted its plan secretly and in violation of federal law. The task force produced a complicated plan to replace one seventh of the American economy (almost the entire health care system) under government control [pure socialism].
Mrs. Clinton's plan prescribed some draconian fines: $10,000 a day for incorrect paperwork submitted by a physician; $50,000 for unauthorized patient treatment; and $100,000 a day for drug companies that messed up federal filings. When told the plan could bankrupt small businesses, Mrs. Clinton showed little concern, saying: "I can't be responsible for every undercapitalized small business in America." When a woman complained that she didn't want any part of a plan that would not allow her to choose her own doctor, the First Lady lectured the woman, saying: "It's time to put the common good, the national interest, ahead of individuals."
In addition, her Socialized Health Care Plan would have required people to carry NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARDS. The cards would include embedded computer chips that would include all patient information - a prospect that alarms many who believe the federal government is already far TOO involved in our private lives. Mrs. Clinton's Health Care Task Force also turned out to have engaged in massive illegalities. For Example:
· The Clinton Administration's chief Health Care Planner, Ira Magaziner, filed a false affidavit in February of 1993. The Clinton White House was sued by the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons. The lawsuit sought to stop Mrs. Clinton and Ira Magaziner from keeping White House Health Care Task Force meetings secret and the names of the Task Force members secret.
· The lawsuit by the physicians exposed the presence of non-government workers on Mrs. Clinton's Health Care Task Force. It found that liberal and other outside special interest groups were improperly allowed to participate in secret task force meetings in clear violation of federal law. These facts contradicted Magaziner's signed sworn affidavit.
· Federal Judge Royce Lamberth made a request to the Justice Department to examine Magaziner's FALSE affidavit closely and consider prosecuting Magaziner for criminal perjury.
· U.S. Attorney Eric Holder (a Clinton appointee) announced in August of 1995 that he could not find sufficient evidence to criminally prosecute Magaziner for perjury, even though Holder acknowledged that Magaziner's statements in his affidavit were clearly false.
· Judge Lamberth was outraged by Magaziner's false testimony and Holder's "see no evil" approach to this scandal. The Judge ordered the White House to pay $285,000 in legal expenses incurred by the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons. In his ruling, Lamberth said Magaziner and White House lawyers engaged in "dishonest" and "reprehensible" behavior.
· Following Judge Lamberth's ruling, President Clinton announced taxpayers would pay the fine and that Magaziner would keep his job as the nation's chief health planner. Clinton then proceeded to criticize Judge Lamberth. And "see-no-wrong" Eric Holder was promptly awarded a HUGE promotion - the number two position at Clinton's [In]Justice Department under Janet Reno.
"Filegate"
We now know the answer to the famous question Bob Dole kept asking during the 1996 presidential campaign: "WHO HIRED CRAIG LIVINGSTONE?" Mrs. Clinton did. Here's a summary of the basic facts we know so far:
· Congressional investigators on June 6, 1996, learned that White House Personnel Security Chief Craig Livingstone had been collecting FBI background files on more than 1,000 Republican elected officials and former members of the Reagan-Bush Administrations. The improper possession or use of confidential FBI background files is a FELONY.
· An FBI document and sworn testimony shows Hillary Clinton hired Craig Livingstone as the White House Chief of Personnel Security. His qualifications for this highly sensitive position: he was a former saloon bouncer and a dirty trickster for the 1992 Clinton-Gore campaign.
· In addition to Livingstone's collection of FBI files on Clinton's political opponents, Congress also discovered that the White House has put together an enormous computerized data base of names, addresses, political affiliations and other information designed to track political activities of as many as 300,000 Americans and 50,000 organizations. This White House computer enables Clinton political operatives to identify and carefully track "friends" and "opponents" of the Clinton Administration.
· In response to the Monica Lewinsky "sex-perjury-and-obstruction-of-justice" scandal, White House operatives and surrogates began disseminating to the news media information they had collected on the sex lives of prominent Republicans in Congress.
· Linda Tripp testified that she understood that FBI file information was being uploaded onto White House computers to be shared with the Democratic National Committee - on orders of Mrs. Clinton.
· Testimonial evidence places the FBI file of former Travel Office Director Billy Dale and others in the late Vince Foster's office. Foster was a confidante and former law partner of Mrs. Clinton. The FBI file of Chris Emery, the White House usher reportedly fired by Mrs. Clinton for helping Barbara Bush with a computer problem, was also seen in Vince Foster's safe.
A recent court filing by Judicial Watch, a non-profit public interest law firm, cites sworn deposition testimony taken from Leslie Gail Kennedy, the wife of White House Counsel William H. Kennedy. Mrs. Kennedy testified that her ex-husband routinely "brought FBI files from his White House office to their home in Alexandria, Virginia." She observed her husband "on several occasions" working for hours, "making entries from the files into a database he maintained on his laptop computer."
Kennedy's wife, according to the filing, asserted that the database "was intended to make FBI file information accessible and USEFUL to the Clinton Administration." Asked whether there were files of Reagan and Bush administration staffers, she replied there would be no need to review files of Democrats "routinely available" at the White House. Kennedy was a former partner of Mrs. Clinton's at the Rose Law Firm and is back there now.
Illegal White House Campaigning?
Turns out that White House Communications Director Ann Lewis has been working extensively on Mrs. Clinton's Senate campaign web site, even while continuing to be paid as a federal worker by taxpayers. Federal law strictly prohibits the use of ANY government resources for political campaigns.
According to the 1978 Ethics in Government Act, "an employee has a duty to protect and conserve government property and shall not use such property, or allow its use, for other than authorized purposes." The law states further that "government property" includes "any form of real or personal property in which the government has an ownership, leasehold or other property interest as well as any right or other intangible interest that is purchased with government funds, including the services of contractor personnel. The term includes office supplies, telephone and other telecommunications equipment and services, the government mails, automated data-processing capabilities, printing and reproduction facilities."
Campaign spokesman Howard Wolfson says, Lewis has been working on Mrs. Clinton's campaign web site "on her own time." But the issue is whether Lewis is using the facilities of the White House in any way to promote Mrs. Clinton's Senate campaign. Lewis cannot do this work in any publicly owned space or on any publicly owned equipment. Unfortunately for Mrs. Clinton, White House lawyer Jim Kennedy ALL BUT ADMITTED Mrs. Lewis and the First Lady broke the law when he said: "If there are any long-distance calls, [Lewis] can use a credit card," No, she can't, not out of her White House office.
This is a significant issue because it further underscores the contempt the Clintons have shown for laws that everyone else is expected to obey.
Hillary & the PLO
"I think it will be in the long term interest of the Middle East for Palestine to be a state," Hillary declared on May 7, 1998. Mrs. Clinton added that this is "very important for the Palestinian people" and for the "broader goal of peace in the Middle East."
The trouble is, giving the PLO their own country would require downsizing Israel to a nation 9 miles wide at its waist. It would also require Israel to have as its neighbor an enemy that is committed to Israel's annihilation and destruction.
Hillary's Bed & Breakfast
Who can forget Hillary riding shotgun on a scheme to turn the White House's historic Lincoln bedroom into a bed and breakfast for "Fat Cat" Democratic contributors? The price for an overnight stay: a minimum $50,000 contribution to the Democratic National Committee. It took the Center for Public Integrity several months of dogged questioning to establish that almost 80 donors had been entertained in the Lincoln bedroom. Some paid as much as $400,000 a night.
The Clintons also used the Roosevelt Room and the historic Map Room to receive "Chinagate" figures John Huang, Roger Tamraz, and contributors they brought with them (including Chinese arms merchants, DRUG smugglers and various Chinese military personnel).
Is America in trouble? What if Bill Clinton does not want to leave office? Will he allow a Russian or Chinese nuclear hit on a few of our cities to use as a cover to call Martial Law or an Emergency? This could let him stay in office. Knowing his background and being in bed with Communists, this thought is not out of the question!
